The Servicing Agent Agreement (“Agreement”) is executed by the borrower (and Operating Company, if applicable), certified development company and the central servicing agent (CSA) in order to comply with Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations at 13 CFR 120.954(a). This information is collected by SBA and is primarily used to certify the use of loan proceeds, appoint a servicing agent, and acknowledge the imposition of various fees.
