EXHIBIT BGraduate Medical Education Agreement • October 14th, 2013
WSU and HFHS sponsor their own graduate medical education programs (“GME Programs”) for their Residents and Fellows. The parties desire, however, to set forth the terms by which each agrees to support the other’s GME Programs by drawing on each other’s resources and working collaboratively to achieve mutually agreed upon objectives. The terms of the Affiliation Agreement between the parties shall apply to this Exhibit B. In the event there is a conflict between the terms of the Affiliation Agreement and this Exhibit B, however, the terms of this Exhibit B shall control.
