This Web Hosting Agreement (this “Agreement”) is between simplywww, llc, a Limited Liability Company formed under the laws of the State of New Jersey (“simplywww”) and the person (individual or legal person) whose signs simplywww’s service order and set up form (the “Order”) incorporating this Agreement by reference (“Customer”). This Agreement governs Customer’s use of simplywww’s Web hosting service.
