This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”, “Agreement”) forms part of the Terms of Service between User and Bitrix, Inc, BITRIX24 LIMITED and its affiliates (collectively “Bitrix24”) to reflect the parties’ agreement for the provision of the Processor Services (as amended from time to time) and processing of User’s Personal Data in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Legislation.
