The Museum of Indian Arts & Culture/Laboratory of Anthropology (the “Museum”), a division of the New Mexico Department of Cultural Affairs (“DCA”) and the Museum of Board of Regents (“the BOR”) (collectively, the “Landlord”), and the Café Society of New Mexico LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company in good standing (the “Tenant”), the Landlord the Tenant together are the “Parties”, hereby agree to this first amendment and renewal (“First Amendment and Renewal”) of the Agreement for the Lease of the Museum Hill Café (“Agreement” or “Lease Agreement”), which commenced on May 21, 2014. The effective date of this First Amendment and Renewal shall be the last date of execution by either the Landlord or by Tenant.
