These Additional Terms and Conditions – Microsoft, Commvault and Zoho (“Additional Terms”) - as amended from time to time - are incorporated into, and shall form a part of, the Cloud Managed Services, Services Contract between Customer and SoftwareOne and Customer accepts and agrees to comply with such Additional Terms. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Additional Terms and the Services Contract, these Additional Terms shall take precedence.
