Except as otherwise provided in the attached Order Form and/or any attached Schedule(s), the following Terms and Conditions of the Lexicon Master Services Agreement (“Agreement”) are expressly acknowledged and agreed to by the Parties Lexicon and Client as stated on the Order Form. In this Agreement, Client and Lexicon are sometimes referred to individually as a “Party,” and collectively as the “Parties.” Capitalized terms will have the meanings set forth for each term herein and in the attached Order Form and/or any attached Schedule(s), which are all incorporated herein by reference. The Agreement is effective based on the Effective Date and Client’s signature on the Order Form.
