THIS RESEARCH SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of last date of signature below (the “Effective Date”) by and between ALPINE IMMUNE SCIENCES, INC., a corporation, established under the laws of Delaware (“Alpine”) with its principal place of business located at 188 East Blaine Street, Suite 200, Seattle, WA 98102, and Fondazione I.R.C.C.S. Istituto Neurologico Carlo Besta, with an address at Via Celoria 11, Milan, Italy 20133 (“Fondazione” or “Institution”). Institution and Alpine may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
