This Project Agreement (agreement) is hereby made and entered into by and between County of Ravalli, hereinafter referred to as “County,” and the USDA, Forest Service, Bitteroot National Forest, hereinafter referred to as the “U.S. Forest Service,” as specified under the authority and provisions of the Cooperative Forest Road Agreement #(no number given) executed between the parties on May 26, 1965, and the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self Determination Act of 2000, P.L. 106-393, as reauthorized and amended by P.L. 114-10.
