This document defines the organization of a collaboration to oversee the installation, support, documentation and further development of the MxCuBE software at several European Synchrotron sites in order that MX facilities present a similar and familiar interface to their users. In particular, the collaboration will attempt to share the human costs of the development of new versions of MxCuBE and the support and maintenance of the software.
