In Closed Session, the City Council gave direction to the City’s Executive Search Firm and the City Attorney to negotiate with the City Council’s preferred candidate for City Manager. As a result of the direction given, the attached Agreement (Attachment C) is presented for City Council consideration. It is three-year employment agreement between the City and the Council’s designated selection, Lydia Romero. Ms. Romero is slated to start with the City on January 1, 2016.
