(the “Exemption Law”), having its principal office at c/o RH, 15 Koch Road, Corte Madera, CA 94925; and the TOWNSHIP OF MORRIS, a municipal corporation of the State of New Jersey, having its offices at 50 Woodland Avenue, Morristown, NJ 07960 (the “Township”); and together with the Redeveloper, the “Parties” or “Party”).
