An ordinance approving (1) the EIM Entity Agreement, No. BP 20-011, (2) the EIM Participating Resource Agreement, No. BP 20-009, (3) the EIM Entity Scheduling Coordinator Agreement, No. BP 20-006, (4) the EIM Participating Resource Scheduling Coordinator Agreement, No. BP 20-008, (5) the Meter Service Agreement for Scheduling Coordinators (Transmission), BP No. 20-010, and (6) the Meter Service Agreement for Scheduling Coordinators (Merchant) No. BP 20-007, each by and between the City of Los Angeles, acting by and through the Department of Water and Power, and the California Independent System Operator; and delegating to the Board of Water and Power Commissioners authority to amend such agreements.
