THIS AGREEMENT, made in pursuance of the Workplace Relations Act 1996, between Bannerhope Pty Ltd t/a North West Carpets and Ceramics (“the Company” or “the Employer”), and its Employees (“the employee” or “the employees”) witnesses that it is mutually agreed as follows:
