THIS SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is made and entered into as of , 2016 (the "Effective Date") by and between the TOWN OF SUPERIOR, COLORADO, a Colorado municipality (the "Town") and RC SUPERIOR, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Developer") (each individually a "Party" and collectively the "Parties").
