It is mutually agreed and understood that this contract between the Montgomery County Agricultural Society (MCAS) and the concession owner/operator is complete and accurate as indicated through the signatures provided. The MCAS reserves the right to accept or reject any applicant based on uniqueness and/or quality of products sold, services offered, appearance of the operation, and past or current references.
