Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes section 123B.143 (2012), the School Board of Independent School District No. 2144, Chisago Lakes School District (“District” or “School Board”) enters into this employment contract (“Contract”) with Dean Jennissen (“Superintendent”). In consideration of the mutual promises contained in this Contract and other valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the District and the Superintendent agree as follows:
