WHEREAS The Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo (RMWB) has declared a second state of Emergency for the River Break Up Flooding (the “Flood”) and is an emergent, unanticipated and unprecedented circumstance where the Employer and Union have jointly agreed to work together to enable the Employer to provide necessary operational requirements for the RRC facilities to support the RMWB support centers and facility (partial or full) clean up caused by the Flood with the best interests of our employees in mind.
