This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into by and between the City of Lompoc, a municipal corporation (“City”) and the Lompoc Valley Park, Recreation and Pool Foundation, Inc., a California public benefit non-profit corporation (“LVPRPF”).
