Common Endowment Fund, LLC (the “Fund” or the “UUCEF”), on terms described in the UUCEF Investment Information Memorandum, as amended and supplemented to date (the “Offering Memorandum”), and subject to all provisions of this Subscription Agreement and of the Limited Liability Company Operating Agreement of the Fund (as may be amended from time to time, the “Operating Agreement”).
