This Agreement is between Daikin Applied Americas Inc. d/b/a Daikin Applied (“Daikin Applied”) and the User. The User shall include those who use the Content (defined herein) and/or Subscription (defined herein) renewal owner(s) defined at initial order or receive Subscription renewal notifications. Daikin Applied shall license to User the “SiteLineTM Daikin Building Controls (“Content”), which includes, but is not limited to all data, software and information, text, scripts, video, sound, music, graphics and images that are gathered, created, uploaded, transferred or in any manner derived from the license. User’s use of the Content is subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy posted on the Daikin Applied website and this Agreement, which are subject to change from time to time by Daikin Applied. User is responsible for checking this Agreement for modifications, and User’s continued use of the Content after Daikin Applied posts any modification shall mean that the User agrees to t
