Agreement”) is entered into effective as of January 10, 2020 (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of Martinez, a municipal corporation and California general law city (“City”) and Richfield Real Estate Corporation (d.b.a. “Richfield”), a Delaware corporation (“Developer”). Richfield is entering into this Agreement, on behalf of Waters DHC and Oak Hill Park III, the landowners (each a “Landowner,” and collectively, the “Landowners”) of the Alhambra Highlands property (as further defined below). Richfield certifies that it is fully authorized by the Landowners to enter into this Agreement. City and Developer are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
