THIS SECOND EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Second Agreement”) entered into as of May 26, 2020 between the City of Pueblo, a Colorado municipal corporation (the “City”) and CR Minerals Company, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”). The City and Company may be individually referred to herein as “Party” or collectively referred to as “Parties.”
