This Agreement for Professional Architectural Design Services (“Agreement”) with a General Contractor (“GC”), entered into June 14, 2022, is between WASHOE COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT, herein referred to as the “Owner” and H+K ARCHITECTS herein referred to as the “Architect.”
