THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of , 2021, by and between the City of Lyons, Kansas, a municipal corporation, and Rice County, Kansas, a political subdivision of the State of Kansas, that jointly operate the Lyons-Rice County, Kansas, Airport, hereinafter referred to as Lessors, and Tyree Ag, Inc., a Kansas for profit corporation, hereinafter referred to as Lessee, witnesseth:
