THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and among the TOWN OF CALAIS (“Calais”), the TOWN OF EAST MONTPELIER (“East Montpelier”), and the EAST MONTPELIER VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT, INC., a public benefit non-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Vermont (“EMFD”), under authority of 24 V.S.A. §§ 4901-02 and 20 V.S.A. Chapter 175.
