This Data Processing Addendum (“ Addendum”) forms part of the Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) between Lifesize, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with its principal office at 1601 S. Mopac Expy., Suite 100, Austin, TX 78746 USA (“Lifesize”), and the undersigned Customer for the Services provided by Lifesize to Customer (the “Services”), and reflects the parties’ agreement with regard to the processing of Personal Data in accordance with the requirements of applicable Data Protection Legislation. This Addendum will be effective and will replace any previously applicable data processing and security terms relating to processing of Personal Data under the Agreement as of the Addendum Effective Date.
