WITNESSETH THAT for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor does hereby dedicate, grant, sell and convey to Grantee a permanent and perpetual non-exclusive easement including the right, privilege, and authority (but subject to the limitations hereinafter stated) to place, construct, install, operate, control, maintain, repair, inspect, patrol, protect, together with all necessary connections, a sewer main and appurtenant structures (the “Facilities”) along, under, through, and across a portion of Grantor’s real estate, as more specifically depicted and described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein (the “Easement Area").
