This Limited Warranty applies to the purchase of FIBERWOOD PRODUCTS for residential application or commercial application. FIBERWOOD PRODUCTS means the Fiberwood products sold by FIBERWOOD in a Sales Contract or Proforma Invoice to the first Purchaser or any authorized distributor. For purposes of this warranty, a “residential application" shall refer to an installation of the FIBERWOOD PRODUCTS on an individual residence and a “commercial application" shall refer to any installation of the FIBERWOOD PRODUCTS other than on an individual residence.
