Context: Several other City Advisory Boards and Commissions have defined their values, to define what their members will be pursuing in the output of their work. This has been recommended as a best practice to the PAC as it helped those advisory groups come together and build a foundation via consensus that future actions were built off of, as well as a helpful guide to refer to when dealing with a difficult decision later on.
