THIS DATA LICENSE AND SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of 1st January 2018(the “Effective Date”), is by and between Organon Data, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company with its principal place of business at 2410 W. Memorial Road, Suite C-221, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73134 (“Organon”), and customers who have subscribed to Organon’s Services via the Subscription Form (“Customer”). Organon and Customer are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party.”
