Shared Studios thanks you for using the Shared Space Studios Inc.ʼs (“Shared Studios") Licensed Solution (as defined below). This Shared Studios Master Services Agreement (including all Order Forms and Exhibits, the “Agreement”) govern your (“Customer”) purchase, access and/or use of the Licensed Solution, Services and Rental Equipment (all as defined below) and any other Shared Studios products and services (collectively, the “Shared Studios Products and Services”) in connection with which Customer accepts this Agreement (including acceptance of an Order Form referencing this Agreement). For clarity, if Customer is a user of any of the Shared Studios Products and Services[ other than Shared Studiosʼ public website], these terms apply to Customerʼs purchase, access and/or use of such Shared Studios Products and Services unless Customer has entered into a separate agreement with Shared Studios governing such purchase, access and/or use (“Separate MSA”), in which case the Separate MSA sh
