This Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) license agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between PlainID Inc., a company incorporated in the State of Delaware, having its principal place of business at 477 Madison Ave, New York, NY 10022, if you are a company based in the United States, or PlainID Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of the State of Israel, having its principal place of business at 94 Yigal Alon, Tel-Aviv, if you are a company based outside of the United States, in each case together with its affiliates (the “Company”), and you (the “Customer”) (each, a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”). This Agreement shall be effective on the earliest of (a) Customer entering into an order form or similar form referencing or otherwise incorporating this Agreement; or (b) Customer’s use of the Software (the “Effective Date”).
