This Agreement entered into on this the day of , 2024 by and between THE CITY OF BRYAN, TEXAS, a Texas home rule municipal corporation, acting herein by and through its duly elected City Council, (“City”), and BRYAN COMMERCE AND DEVELOPMENT, INC., a Transportation Code local government corporation under the laws of the State of Texas, (“BCD”); collectively referred to as “PARTIES.”
