The following User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the “Nando’s FireStarters online community panel” ("Website"), including without limitation and, where applicable, participation in its surveys, bulletin boards, forums, chats, and all other areas (except to the extent stated otherwise on a specific page) managed by Nudge Now (Pty) Ltd. (The Oval Office Park, Newlands Building, Ground Floor, Corner Sloane and Meadowbrook Lane Epsom Downs, Sandton, Johannesburg, South Africa) (“THE CLIENT”) and powered by Vision Critical Research Solutions (UK) Limited (17 Hatfields, 2nd Floor, London, England, SE1, 8DJ, United Kingdom) ("Service Provider," “we,” or “our”), on behalf of Nudge Now (Pty) Ltd ("THE CLIENT").
