Sealed bids addressed to Mr. Mark Vega, P.E., MPU General Manager, McAllen Public Utility, will be received on August 18, 2016 until 3:00 p.m., at which time they will be taken to Conference Room 2A (2ND floor) of McAllen City Hall and publicly opened and read aloud. Bids, (both electronic & paper copy) must be in the McAllen Public Utility’s possession on or before the aforementioned date and time (no late bids will be accepted).
