THIS AGREEMENT, entered in to this day of June, 2020 for the management and operation of Lakeside Memorial Golf Course between the City of Stillwater, Oklahoma, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as “Stillwater” and Henderson Golf Management, LLC, an Oklahoma Limited Liability Company, hereinafter referred to as “Henderson Golf”.
