This Memorandum of Understanding establishes an Agreement between the Imperial County Office of Education (ICOE) and Westmorland Union Elementary School District (District) for the participation of the District’s Westmorland Union Elementary School (also referred to as “Consortium Member”) in the After School Education and Safety (ASES) Consortium for the 2023-2024 funding year. The ICOE’s Student Well-Being and Family Resources (SWB) Department will be primarily responsible for ICOE obligations under this MOU. The District’s Westmorland Union Elementary School will be primarily responsible for District obligations under this MOU.
