THIS AMENDMENT NO. 2 is entered into by and between the Texas Facilities Commission (hereinafter referred to as "Owner" or “TFC”), a state agency, and Siemens Industry, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”) (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”) to amend the original Services Contract for Siemens Building Control System Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services, (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”), as amended.
