This Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to your access and use of the CampaignLeader software and service applicationfor businesses, as licensed and supported by CommunityLeader Inc., a Nevada corporation (“CommunityLeader”). By using CampaignLeader, or a co-branded version of CampaignLeader, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and CommunityLeader’s Privacy and Security Policy, as they may be amended from time to time as described under “Modifications” below.
