This Agreement is between Community Development Institute Head Start (“CDI HS” or “Employer”) and Service Employees International Union, Florida Public Services Union (“Union”) representing the Employer’s employees in the bargaining unit specified in Article 2, Section 1 below. This agreement shall be effective until a replacement grantee is awarded for Head Start and Early Head Start in Pinellas County.
