This Agreement For Local Interconnection (“Agreement”) made this 15th day of December, 2014, is by and between Citizens Telecommunications Company of Nebraska, a Delaware corporation, with their principal place of business at 3 High Ridge Park, Stamford, CT 06905 (“Frontier”) and Centurylink Communications, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, having its principal place of business at 1801 California Street, Denver, CO 80202 (“CLC ”). Frontier and CLC may also be referred to herein singularly as a “Party” or collectively as “the Parties”.

Pulaski, Inc., Frontier Communications of Orion, Inc., Frontier Communications – Midland, Inc., Frontier Communications – Prairie, Inc., and Frontier Communications – Schuyler, Inc., all Illinois corporations, having its principal place of business at 180 South Clinton Avenue, Rochester, New York 14646 (“Frontier”) and Centurylink Communications, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, having its principal place of business at 1801 California Street, Denver, CO 80202 (“CLC ”). Frontier and CLC may also be referred to herein singularly as a “Party” or collectively as “the Parties”.
