HireStaff Limited (‘HireStaff’) will attempt to source, locate and introduce candidates to the Client as temporary and contract workers ("Workers") for the Client to engage to meet the needs of the Client. A candidate is a potential worker located, sourced or introduced by HireStaff ("Candidate"). HireStaff shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage of any nature whatsoever to the Client as a result of HireStaff failing to supply any such Candidates or Workers.
