This Membership Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions” or “Agreement”) is a legal Agreement between you (an individual) (“You” or “Your”), and Simply Serve America, LTD (SSA), an Ohio Limited Liability Company dba WASP (Worldwide Association for the Service of Process), a registered Trade Name of SSA, which sets forth the terms and conditions of membership. You understand that the rights of membership, including the right to identify membership, begin only when Your application for membership has been accepted and approved.
