This Phase 1A Early Work Implementation and Right of Entry License Agreement, hereinafter "Agreement", is entered into as of _, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and among the San Diego Unified Port District, a public corporation ("District"), the City of Chula Vista, a chartered municipal corporation (“City”), the Chula Vista Bayfront Facilities Financing Authority, a California joint exercise of powers authority (“Authority”), and RIDA Chula Vista, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Developer”). District, City, and Authority may be referred to collectively herein as the “Public Entities”. The Public Entities and Developer may each be individually referred to herein as a "Party", or collectively herein as the "Parties”.
