In the use of the assigned space, the Resident will be required to strictly comply with all laws, ordinances, and regulations of government and Jacksonville State University (JSU) authority. The Resident will comply with the rules, regulations, and procedures outlined in the current edition of the Guide to Residence Living (Guide), JSU Student Handbook, and any other JSU rules, regulations, or procedures that may be posted or distributed from time to time. By signing this agreement, the resident agrees to comply with all JSU and Office of Housing Operations and Residence Life policies and to obtain, review, and maintain a copy of the current Guide and the JSU Student Handbook, which are made a part of this agreement by reference. The Resident(s) agrees to comply with, and to cause the Resident(s)’s guests and family members to comply with the rules and regulations for the property that may exist from time to time; and the Resident(s) agrees that the rules and regulations may be amended
