We are pleased to set out below the formal terms of a Contract Agreement between TRI-TECH Company (herein after referred to as the Contractor) and the Operational Unit for Development Assistance (herein after referred to as (OUDA) on behalf of Project EGY/98/005 (Development of Regional Physical Planning Centers) which will implement its plans with assistance channeled through the United Nations Development Program;
