This membership agreement (the “Agreement”), when signed by the signee and a representative of Arch Reactor, constitutes a binding contract between Arch Reactor and the signee, and confers upon the signee all privileges and responsibilities set forth below. Such privileges and responsibilities make the signee a full member of Arch Reactor and commence when the Agreement is signed by both parties hereto.
