THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of April, 2023, by and between the CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, a Municipal Corporation, (the City) and the BOARD OF GOVERNORS of the COLORADO STATE UNIVERSITY SYSTEM, acting by and through COLORADO STATE UNIVERSITY (the University) (collectively, the parties).
