This End-User Subscription Service Agreement (this “Subscription Agreement”) is a legal agreement between [END USER] (“End User”) and EDISON365, LIMITED, a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 11278591 and registered office address at Jubilee House, Third Avenue, Marlow, Buckinghamshire, SL7 1EY (the “Company”) with respect to the use of edison365 (“edison365”), which is defined in the “Terms and Conditions” attached hereto as Appendix A (the “Terms and Conditions”). The Terms and Conditions are an integral part of this Subscription Agreement.
